New York: The Macmillan Company, 1919. Hardcover. Reprint of an 1915 issue; xviii, 296p., hardbound in textured green cloth lettered gilt & black and ruled in red, a nice production. Covers are mildly edgeworn with a hint of fray; inside, the endsheets bear an inoffensive generic bookplate and text a couple of pencilled checkmarks. Sound and square, a good clean copy. The rural science series, L.H. Bailey editor.
