This is easily one of the best Sherlock Holmes adventures by someone other than Conan Doyle as Holmes tries not only to prove that Dreyfus was innocent, but who the actual spy and traitor was. This First American Edition from August, 1980 is in Fine condition with a Near Fine, unclipped dust jacket. The dust jacket has light edge wear in the spine area. The dust jacket is in a Brodart protective sleeve. The dust jacket's cover art by Alun Hood is particularly impressive. (Click on photo.)
