Hard back binding in publisher's original blue cloth covers, gilt title, illustrator lettering and gilt Punch to the upper panel, tiny remains of paper label to the spine. 8vo. 7½'' x 5''. Contains [iv] 94 printed pages of text with 28 [of 29, as the wrapper illustration is listed but not present] monochrome illustrations with the majority being full-page. Pencil reference notes and small news paper clipping referring to Harlequinade to the front free end papers, while the covers are secure to the text the end papers are cracked, spine a little age darkened.
