Isaak Markovich Nusinov (1889 - 1950) jewish and soviet literary critic and literature historian.

In 1917, Nusinov was The Bund leader in Chernigov. He was arrested the following year in Kiev by Symon Petliura's Ukrainian authorities and sentenced to death, but escaped. Until 1939 he headed the Yiddish Section of the Soviet Writers Union. During and after World War II, he was a member of the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee (JAC). He was arrested with other members of the JAC, died in prison.
