[viii], 48, [iv]pp. Half-title missing. Penultimate leaf bears "Epilogue" on recto and advertisement on verso. Last leaf is blank. Modern quarter red morocco over marbled boards. ESTC R2284; Wing H2726. The Prologue is by Congreve.
