About This Item
New York: Knopf, 1937. First printing. Hardcover. Very Good/very good. Green cloth in dust jacket, book very good plus with some tanning to endpapers, jacket VG with light edgewear, some rubbing to spine and shallow loss to spine ends. A novel of European intrigue compared on the flap to John Buchan and E. Phillips Oppenheim (we would add Philip MacDonald), centering on an experimental plane that might "upset the war plans of all Europe.
