Laid in is an engraved portrait of George Fox, numbered and signed by the artist Michael McCurdy. Fine. One of 100 numbered copies. Designed, handset, and printed by Michael McCurdy, this is the first book of the Penmaen Press. Presentation inscription from him on front endpaper, "29 June 1969, For Uncle Bob and Aunt Jean-on this day before my journey abroad.I offer this volume-my first feeble attempt in the field of book building.
