Thick quarto. 198pp. Ltd ed 129/1000, signed by Thomson. 22 tipped-in colour plates with titled tissue-guards. Vellum covers with extensive gilt decoration are mildly darkened at edges and spine Lacks ties. Evidence of poor storage, endpapers are a little bubbly and have some silverfish damage. Text block edges and page edges are toned. Covers slightly bowed. Still a presentable copy with charming illustrations.
