This book is in fine condition.

Illustrated throughout. Complete in two volumes. A very educational and fascinating analysis of quantitative chemistry. Quantitative chemistry is a branch of the science that calculates known quantities of materials. Quantitative analysis is the method used for determining the amount of a chemical present in a sample. Originally written in German by Dr. C. Remigius Fresenius. Fresenius was a chemist who is known for his analytical chemistry studies. Translated by A. Vacher. Illustrated throughout with numerous in-text engravings. With a half-title to Volume I. With fourteen pages of publisher's adverts to the rear of each volume. Condition: In the original cloth binding. Externally, smart. A little bumping to the head and tail of the spines and to the extremities. Front hinge of Volume II is starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Overall Condition: Near Fine.
