Queen Rearing by L E Snelgrove - 1946

Bleadon, Somerset: Miss I Snelgrove, 1946 A fair copy of the 1st Edition in the original cloth binding with gilt titles and a bee to the front board. The binding is worn and bumped. Contents are clean and complete but the book was in the possession of the Bournemouth Reference Library who, at that time, were keen book-stampers. There is a large decorative library bookplate to the front pastedown and the original library card holder with card attached to the rear endpaper. There is slight roughening to the fep where a card may have been removed. There are stamps to the half title; rear of the title page; and at intervals in the top page margins. There are 2 correction slips taped in to the text at pages 124 and 158. Small margin tear to bottom of p19.
