The text is illustrated with black and white photography, illustrations, maps and lithographs. Blue coloured boards with white writing on spine. Illustrated dustwrapper, showing "Founding of Queensland and of the Birth of Brisbane, by John Allcot, with red and black writer front panel and black on spine. The history of Queensland from foundation to Federation. Bottom edge of the book is rubbed and there is some rubbing to the top spine edge. Some dust marks to top paper edge and to the book edge. Corners of the book are slightly rubbed and chips and there is some chipping to the bottom edges of the dustwrapper. One tear to the top front panel measuring 0.5 "and another on the back panel measuring 0.5" a small piece missing. Dustwrapper surfaces are marked and grubby. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall.
