Good+ (rubbing to jacket edges & corners; few light scuffs. multiple slight splits to textblock w/ a few loose pgs, otherwise textblock firm. pgs remain bright with an occasional smudge or spot, speck of foxing). cream wraps w/ brown, red & gilt jacket. 272 pgs, 103 bw plates; many tissue guard. burgundy cloth clamshell, fold-out case w/ gilt printing; set of two buckle locks. Clamshell case has rubbing to edges and corners; also smudges, dampstaining spots and darkened areas of soiling/staining. Fold lines of panels worn and cracked, one panel has an approx. 4inch crack. Clamshell case would be graded to a Good-; remains sturdy. Many tissue-guards remain intact throughout text. All plates intact.
