About This Item

Reprint of this stand alone thriller. Originally published in 1914. This edition wasn't published until sometime after 1919. No dustjacket. Light edge wear. Light sun fading to the top edge and to the spine. Two rub marks on the front board where the blue cloth has worn to a white color. In good condition.

Synopsis

I was not the only passenger aboard the S.S. Mandalay who perceived the disturbance and wondered what it might portend and from whence proceed. A goodly number of passengers were joining the ship at Port Said. I was lounging against the rail, pipe in mouth, lazily wondering, with a large vagueness.

About Scene of the Crime Books, ABAC, IOBA

My wife and I have been operating Scene of the Crime Books since 1996. In 2004 we attempted to go against the market and open a storefront on Oakville Ontario. In August 2006 we closed the brick and mortar and humbly went back to just internet. We now do internet and appointment only through our home. So if you're in our neighborhood let us know 24 hours ahead of time. Thank you. Don Longmuir
