The binding is sturdy, and overall the contents are much cleaner than they are usually found. . First edition. Posthumous publication of this story of more adventures in the Deep Deep Woods of the world's best known rag dolls - Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy - dolls based on an old rag doll found by Gruelle's daughter Marcella not long before she died at age 13. This book is illustrated with wonderful color illustrations, in the same style as the original Johnny Gruelle ones, by his younger brother, Justin C. Gruelle. 96 pp
