Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1963. Hardcover. 8vo. Grey cloth with gilt spine lettering, dust jacket. 248pp. Near fine/very good. Unclipped jacket shows light sunning to spine (only), which has small chip at head, but otherwise bright and nice. Exceptionally handsome and tight first edition, third state, of this celebrated pair that first saw light of day in "The New Yorker" several years prior. Dedication page tipped in following title page and page 173 typo corrected. Quite sharp, lovely copy.
