On Aug 11 2005, Raabe said:
"Not for the faint of heart, but a shocking account of the holocaust in China by the Japanese at the end of WWII. The author was found shot to death in her car in late 2004 - an apparent suicide but suspicious nonetheless. This account is still being denied by the Japanese to this day and the political fallout from the event remains contentious."
