No. 23 is crinkled and stained with rust at the staple; a couple of the other issues have some uneven toning, all are horizontally folded. Devoted to the support of American civilians who had been put into Santo Tomas, Baguio, and other camps after Japan took over the Philippines in WWII. These issues include updates on efforts to feed and clothe the internees, negotiations for exchange of civilian prisoners, and eventually, news on the liberation of the camps.

The last issue, which unlike the previous ones is just a single sheet, has some uneven toning, otherwise minor handling wear; all are horizontally folded.
