Blue cloth boards with silver spine titles. 8vo up to 9½" tall., 287pp. In fine condition without marks, tears of folds; unclipped dustjacket has light ruffling to top edge and otherwise fine. "A darkly comic meditation on memory, identity and history". Remainder received high acclaim from critics and was turned into a 2015 British-German drama film directed by Omer Fast.
Synopsis
Tom McCarthy was born in 1969 and lives in London. He is known for the reports, manifestos, and media interventions he has made as General Secretary of the International Necronautical Society (INS), a semi-fictitious avant-garde network. Remainder is his first novel.
