About This Item
[Utah]: Utah Marijuana Dealers and Users Association, n.d.. Handbill. 8.5x11 inches, window sign on cream card stock, dark blue text, very good condition. Fine print at bottom of sign reads: "Funds raised from the sale of these signs will go to a special fund set up by the Utah Marijuana Dealers and Users Association to support candidates for political office in the state of Utah willing to commit themselves to work and vote for the total decriminalization of the cultivation, distribution, sale, and use of marijuana. Your support is appreciated." We find no record of this association that might help to date the sign; from the papers of a libertarian activist who worked on this issue from the 1970s until recently.
