Includes the text of Raya Dunayevskaya's presentation at the conference, apparently the only one of its kind, organized for the black Detroit population. Dunayevskaya, formerly Trotsky's secretary, was the founder of the Marxist-Humanist organization News and Letters, the publisher of this report.
