[9], ii-ccxxxi, [2], 2-379, [1] pp. Blue cloth with several rules blindstamped on each board, gilt lettering and a gilt publisher's device on the spine. With introduction, analysis, marginal analysis, and index. Revised and corrected. Translated by Benjamin Jowett, a respected and skilled teacher and scholar of classical antiquity. Jowett was beloved by his students, and was an advocate for quality undergraduate instruction. A few gatherings unopened, minor rubbing to the boards' edges.
