Boston: AMC: Appalachian Mountain Club, 1921 Very uncommon booklet from the AMC. Large medium stiff grey wrappers, photo illustrated with 30 printed (32 total) pages. Many photos unique to this publication. Staples heavily rusted to the point of disintegration leaving staining in 2 spots along the binding edge. Light fold creases, and a small spoy to the FC. General mild wear. Excellent photos of several huts with hikers around them, one of Lake in the Clouds Hut in Winter with ice formations; Fay, Woodman, Gilsum Reservations, Cold Spring Camp W/Campers, Rhododendron Cottage, etc.... several more. Bent/Wright #27, p 211. Very scarce, only 3 examples online at this time, all in public institutions; Dartmouth, Durham (UNH) and the NYPL. No others for sale anywhere. .
