London: Macmillan, 1917. Hardback. Good. Blue cloth-covered boards with gilt decoration. 213 rough-cut pages. Colour tipped-in plate frontispiece and 2 b&w illustrations within as listed - each with tissue guard. 2 neat names of previous owners to 1st fep. Externally, boards bumped and slightly frayed at top and bottom of spine; boards flecked with white spots and small marks. endpapers and first few pages browned and foxed but unmarked from 1st page of text onwards. A good tight copy. Size: 7½" x 5½
