Brown leather spine and corners, gilt titling on spine, red marbled boards, red speckled text block edges, brown end papers, table of contents as well as approximately fifty pages of black and white illustrations at back of book, 358 pages of text. Upper spine end worn and chipped, wear to hinges, corners and edges have wear, boards rubbed, upper text block edge darkened,front hinge cracked at end paper, ink inscription on end paper, foxing spots in text. This is a handsome book, in lovely condition for its age - clean, bright and tight; the leather portions are still glossy. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg.
