London: Blackie & Sons Ltd., 1907 Green cloth pictorially stamped in green, black, red and gilt, slight cover soil, book plate and gift inscription dated 1907. An extremely scarce and marvelous book by Florence Harrison, about whom very little is known. A collection of charming rhymes by Harrison, illustrated with 22 beautiful tipped in color plates (a few ripples and small edge tears as is common with this book) as well as full page line drawings printed on green paper. This by far one of the nicest copies of the book we've had.. First Edition. Pictorial Cover. Near Fine/No Jacket. Illus. by Florence Harrison. Oblong 4to.
