About This Item
NY: W.W. Norton & Company. 1st printing with number 1 in line. Used book of interest becasue it contains an unbound "Epilogue" "A Meeting" Stapled together and inserted into the book by the publisher as an additon to the book perhaps at the last minute - where the author describes meeting andthe exchange that went on between Rita and himself. It is doubtful that many of the copies available for purchase still have this publishers insert. The insert is in fine condition. . Fair. Hardcover. 1st. 1977.
