This rare copy has a full-page dedication on the front freepaper, with a drawing by the author, in the top left corner, and Mr. Harrison had written, "el gallo del cielo - To my fellow artist Norman from Jim." NOTE: El Gallo del Cielo is a western/folk song written and sung by Tom Russell that refers to a stolen fighting rooster, El Gallo del Cielo, who "had one eye rolling around in his head," in the lyrics to the song. The image in the top left corner appears to be the author himself with an eye and moustache peering down.
