London: Thomas Nelson & Sons Ltd, 1936. Reprint. Original Cloth. Very Good Minus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Crane, Walter. 168pp. A lovely copy of this book illustrated with 8 full page colour plates as called for, including a colour frontispiece plate. No date - though there is a contemproary neat ink gift inscription to the front board dated 1936. Bound in original cloth with colour illustration onlay to the front board. Light rubbing to the head and tail of the spine where the cloth is lightly turned in. One board corner is bumped and another corner is slightly bumped. Slight fraying to the cloth along the front edge of the rear board. A few light foxspots to the fore edges and margins of a few pages. A few short tears to the margins of the frontispiece plate, now expertly repaired and with some associated creasing - not affecting the image in anyway. Clean and tight. A very good copy.
