NY: Boni & Liveright, 1923. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. John Butler Yeats. First printing of this scarce book of poems. Nicely inscribed (To Alice Noulinard (sp?): "To know you think of me sustains my spirit", Affectionately," and SIGNED and dated (April 2d 1933) by the author. Very good or better in a like dustjacket. Laid in is a four page pamphlet extolling the lovely Ms. Foster, with two pictures of her and a blurb by William Butler Yeats praising the poet for her verse, especially a poem about his father, John Butler Yeats, who provided the black and white illustation of Ms. Foster for the book's frontispiece. This is a rare, perhaps unique item.
