About This Item
Frederick A. Stokes, 1910. First Thus. Fair/No Jacket. Frederick A. Stokes, 1910. Navy blue cloth-covered boards with turquoise, white and brown picture on front board of a face rising in steam from a caldron. Cloth shows wear and a bit of splitting at top and bottom spine edges, and wear at front corner tips. Bindind is cracked between pages 54 and 55, but no pages are loose. This book would be in good condition except that a child (hopefully) crayoned pictures on front paste down and ffep which have been partially erased. Also half-title page has a few stray crayon marks, several pages have some light crayon marks on the bottom margin, but pages 132 & 133 have heavy crayon marks on the bottom of each page. Very rare book even with crayon problems.. First Thus. Fair/No Jacket. Hard Cover.

About Black River Books
Black River Books is a hobby that grew into a passion, then an internet business, and finally into a business with an actual store front. Having the store has caused us to minimize our online presence. We are located at 330 Kalamazoo St. Suite 2, in South Haven, MI 49090. Order online, should you find a treasure in our small collection, check out our website, or stop in and see our in-store collection of over 40,000 books in beautiful South Haven, on the Black River and the shores of Lake Michigan.
