READING COPY - A hardcover without dustjacket in aged, lightly soiled red decorative boards, bumped and rubbed to the corners with several small dings to the edges. The spine with gilt blocked title and black floral decoration is bumped and rubbed to the ends. Internally, the ancient remains of corners of (apparently) a bookplate remain on the front pastedown, the binding is shaken but secure, no writing or stamps, toned pages, tanned to the text-block edges. Still a tight, useful copy. Carefully packaged and posted within 48 hours from our wee bookshop in Scotland. .
