Binding in full leather with five raised bands on the spine. Cover edges and corners are worn. The hinges are broken but the cords are holding the covers well. Gently effaced library ownershp stamps on bottom title page and first text page. Paper clean and unfoxed. 147 pages followed by a 2-page index, and an appendix of 30 pages plus 12 plates illustrating gold coins of the kings of England.

It has green fabric covered boards, there are some wear spots on these. Gilt title lettering, in good+ condition. Spine excellent condition; a nice clean and attractive book. Easy to carry in purse or pocket. Great for collectors and antique book lovers.
