Of the 14 pieces of printing identified by Martin in her Checklist of Minnesota Imprints, 1849-1865, only two items (Martin 6 and 8), broadside proclamations by territorial governor Ramsey bear an earlier date on the title-p. and one other (Rules for the Government of the House of Representatives) bears the same date. Includes standing rules for the legislative council, rules of order and procedure of the two Houses and a list of the standing committees of the Council, and joint committees of the House of Representatives.
