Numerous illustrations throughout of diagrams to build houses, architectural designs for houses and bird coups. Layout of grounds for a farm. All very interesting. No previous owner's names, not exlibrary. Overall in VERY GOOD condition.. Full Cloth. Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Hardcover.
