Hardcover. Good. This 1939 green-cloth hardcover has unmarked text and a good binding. The cover is worn around the edges and it is unevenly faded. The spine is darkened and bumped. As a former library book it has a call number written in white on the spine, a card pocket and several labels and stamps inside the front cover, a blacked out stamp on the front matter, notations on the preface page, a stamp on page 17, and a stamp on the top and front edges. It has no dust jacket.
