The history of Rush-bearing and Rush-carts - a long established custom throughout Great Britain which by the late nineteenth century was mainly practised in the hill districts of Lancashire and Yorkshire. Well illustrated with photographs and diagrams, many of these being of Uppermill near Oldham.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 9.75 x 7.5 inches.
