Front hinge cracked from top edge & also interior. Rear hinge sturdy. Despite defects mentioned, leather is clean, smooth, and attractive. Endsheets have minor creasing and contains previous owners' stamp/penciled names. Minimal pencil-markings in margins of text. Foxing throughout. Binding tight and square. A pleasing copy.
