A handsome very carefully handled copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing a mild wear and minor flaws. Close to 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. (8.6 x 5 x 1.4 inches). vi, 252 pages. Translated from the French by Agnes Hastings. Blue cloth over boards with gilt titles at the backstrip. Hardback: No DJ 'as issued'. Lydwine (see also: Lidwina) was a Dutch mystic born in 1380 and who became known in her life as a healer. She was canonized in 1890.
