To this second edition has been added the funeral discourse of Mrs. Theodore Galton and the sermons preached at the Centenaries of Stonyhurst and New Hall. Here is a collection of funeral orations and centenary sermons for the following: Sir Charles Tempest, Hon. Charles Langdale, George W. Cuninghame, Cecil Marchioness of Lothian, Prince Louis Napoleon, Marcia Lady Herries, Mother Magdalen, Lady Georgiana Fullerton, Charles Weld, William Joseph Middelton, Robert Caddell, Eliza Mary Katharine Devas, Joseph Weld. There are four illustrations, portraits of Lady Fullerton (the frontis with protective tissue), Langdale, Cecil Marchioness of Lothian (in her casket), Louis Napoleon. Moderate shelf wear to the board edges, the front free end paper has been removed (very neatly though), pencilled notes on the blank page at the back. A clear and removable archival cover has been fitted. .
