(This issue follows the previous issue also labeled Vol. 5, No. 6, hence this is likely No. 7.). Originally San Francisco Express Times.

Strong local news issue, with coverage of urban renewal in Berkeley's Ocean View, KEMO: an underground TV station, travails at freeform KMPX FM, centerspread of photos of street musicians at the Cannery and quotes from them, news on redevelopment in SOMA (to make way for Moscone Center). Also drug coverage on Ibogaine, and confessions of a speed freak. Two page spread of prison letters of bomber Sam Melville. Plus usual ads, news items, and letters of the era.
