New York: Taintor Brothers, 1899. Soft cover. Very Good. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. 133, 4pp ads, 2 folding maps. Grey pictorial wraps. Cover and contents are clean and sound, small spot on front cover penetrated to title page with no other damage. A comprehensive guide for the tourist containing complete descrptions of " hotels, institutions and boarding houses, mineral springs, walks,drives, amusements, races, regatttas, excursions, commercial interests." Both maps are in unused condition and book appears to be in unread, well-preserved condition.
