N.p.: Maya Quartos, 1970. First Edition. (10) pp., 7.5 x 10 inches. Sewn in wrappers, with printed spine label. Maya Quartos Ten. 1/250 unsigned copies (of a total edition of 300), designed and printed by Clifford Burke, with special initial letters by Michael Myers. Very slight edge-wear and faint rubbing to wrappers, otherwise about fine.
The opening section of Whalens long poem, later published in a more complete version by Grey Fox, and recently, in an authoritative version by Wave Books.
