Burrowes on the Western Promenade in Portland, Me., by John Calvin Stevens; a low-cost house by D. W. Emery for himself; a house by George W. Payne in Carthage, Ill.; a house for Charles A. Moore in Belle Haven, Greenwich, Conn., by Bornig, Tilton & Mellen; a suburban chapel, submitted by O. M. Hokanson to the St. Paul Architectural Sketch Club competition; a house for James Sawtell in Brookline, Mass., by Williard T. Sears; and Netherheys, Watford, the home by W. Wallis Baldwin for himself. Scarce. In Very Good- Condition: lacking the 2 color plates; wrapper is lightly soiled and separating along spine; otherwise, clean and solid.
