Illustrated advertisements on 16 pages following text and on back wrapper. Contains plans for: a house for Henry Adams in Greenwich, Conn., by Lamb & Rich; a house for D. F. Merritt in Montclair, N.J., by Edward T. Hapgood; a $2,900-house for Lyman Haskins in Rutherford, N.J., by C. D. Jones; a house for Frank Syrett near Newark, N.J., by Munn & Co.; the North M. E. Church in Chester Hill, N.Y., by Charles E. Miller; a carriage house in Portland, Me., by John Calvin Stevens; a summer cottage on Great Diamond Island, Me., for Dr. Woodman by J. R. and W. P. Richards; a house by Theodore G. Hoster for himself in Rutherford, N.J.; a $3,300-house for Frederick E. Strom on Staten Island; row houses on W. 75th St., N.Y., by James T. Hall; and a house for Edmond F. Crocheron in Rutherford, N.J., by W. D. Peck. Also contains full-page illustration of the planned tomb of Wellington at St. Paul's Cathedral, London, and an article about Roman temples at Sbeitla in North Africa with an illustration of their imaged restoration, both by Alexander Graham. In Very Good Condition: wrapper is lightly soiled; the color plates are slightly taller than the pages and consequently the upper and lower edges are creased, with closed tears of 2 cm. and less at the lower edges and a chip out of the lower edge of one; otherwise, clean and solid.
