London: T. C. And E. C. Jack In the "Shown to the Children" series. Black covers with gilt lettering and rules to spine and front which has a picture of a discus thrower statue laid in. ND but c1920, 111pp with 47 b/w plates, rough-cut fore and lower edges. Covers have light wear and rubbing to extremities - moreso to head and foot of spine - but are basically very sound. Page edges are dusty and ffep has previous owner's name. Ref:082574. Cloth. VG-/N/a. 12.5x16.5cm.
