London: Jonathan Cape, 1946. Hardcover. Very Good-/Fair. Re-print, translated from the Italian by Frances Frenaye. Red cloth with gilt titling to spine, 384 pages. Light shelf wear, a superficial damp stain showing as a shadow on the back board and a tiny spot of bleeding inside, darkening to textblock edge, previous owner's name to ffep. Dust jacket shows sunning to spine, shelf and edge wear including rubbing, piece missing to top of spine.
