New York: Holt, Rinehart and Winston, 1964. 1964 Stated First Edition. FINE in FINE price-intact dust jacket. A fresh, clean, totally unmarked and tightly bound copy. Bound in brown cloth with black and gilt stamping on spine - cover is clean and unworn. Jacket, with 10.00 price on front flap is clean and bright but has a few rubs to rear panel, a vertical rub mark along center of spine, very light rubbing at spine ends. Jacket is otherwise clean and fine and in clear archival protector. Binding firm, hinges tight, boards and spine straight. A lovely first edition! 6-3/8 x 9-1/2". lxiv + 645 pages. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good+.
