Front hinge beginning to crack. Main text block remains firmly bound. Spine worn, and slightly cocked. Endpapers browned, text has scattered foxing, but mostly clean. Covers slightly worn. Corners bumped. The publication date given above is an estimate only, there being no date given in the book. With notes, historical and explanatory by John M. Cobbett and James P. Cobbett. Contains articles dated from February 1809 to March 1811. This volume begins at p. 97 the preceding 96pp are absent.
