Oxford: Limited Editions Club, 1977. Hardcover. Fine in glassine and a Fine, white slipcase. Quarto (8-3/4" x 12") bound in quarter black cowhide and boards covered with Cockerel handmade marbled paper; 98 pages folded double in the Japanese style. Printed on Abbey Mills paper made by Grosvenor Chater at their mill in North Wales. Designed by John Dreyfus. Commentaries and introduction by Roman Greer; wood-engraved decorations on the title page and title panels by Leo Wyatt. Issued unsigned in an edition of 1600 copies, this copy is out-of-series. Monthly Letter laid in.
