London.: Baldwin, Cradock & Joy.. [ca. 1821].. Etching with aquatint, handcolored, image platemark approximately 7 x 9 inches on sheet 9 1/2 x 12 1/2 inches. Two areas of tape residue at upper top edge on the back of the print (barely visible from the front). There is a pin prick sized hole on left and right margin and a tear along the bottom margin (all outside of print area), a bright and clean image on light cream colored paper. A finely engraved and colored costume print from "Sketches Illustrative of the Manners and Costumes of France, Switzerland and Italy." The illustrations are by Richard Bridgens and the text by J.W. Polidori. .
